Returns & Exchanges

In most cases, prints and merchandise may not be returned. All sales are final.

  • PRINTS/MERCHANDISE: If prints or merchandise arrive damaged, returns may be authorized at the Buckhead Digital Studio, LLC. Customers may be required to send damaged goods in order to be eligible for a refund.

  • COMMISSIONS: If customers are unsatisfied with a commissioned piece, partial or full returns may be authorized at the discretion of Buckhead Digital Studio, LLC.
